Budget Bob's Flooring

I purchased carpet from Bob’s around 2019. I needed to carpet a few more rooms. This time things seemed different, Randy, told me, someone that measures, would be calling, and if he was too busy, he’d come out himself. A week went by, I called Randy and he told me, somebody will call, just to wait. It’s been over three weeks and no one called. When I was in the store, it seemed like they could care less. Maybe they changed hands? I bought my carpet from Stu’s, in Waukesha. Very professional, came out to measure in two days. I won’t be returning to Bob’s. I wonder if I’ll ever get their call?

They were fantastic. They had a good pricing. Their contractors came out and they did a fantastic job. I don't need to be there to manage them. They knew what they were doing. They really took pride. It was very reasonably priced. He knew that because I had to redo so much, he made sure that he helped me find an affordable piece of wood flooring that was within my budget.

Very satisfied. Kathy at the store was very helpful and courteous. So was Bob. He came and measured. He did a good job as all pieces were ordered (3 types of vinyl) correctly. Installers were prompt and efficient workers. They cleaned up the work areas. We are very pleased and will return to Bob's for carpeting needed in the future.

Our 1893 home required floor leveling, which was completed first, and was a huge job. This was followed by cement board installation, which was completed quickly and to our satisfaction. Then Dan arrived and did a wonderful job of tackling the ceramic floor installation. The rooms of our old 1893 home are all uneven, and despite the floor leveling, it was a very complicated job so the tiles would line up correctly. Dan did a wonderful job of hiding the imperfections, and the work was quickly and professionally completed. It did take a couple of extra days to complete, as we had the kitchen, pantry, hall and first floor bathroom all included in the job. The cleanup was done every day. It was a very good remodeling experience. Everyone was very professional, from the sales floor to the installation. We would use them again, and will refer our friends there.
