Description of Work: I called them three times before my call was returned. When they did callback I asked their prices for insect extermination and it was comparable to others. I chose to go with a company thay responded promptly to our call.

My experience with them went fine. My problem wasn’t solved but they were very nice. They had come out a couple of times. They had put up a cage and came out every day to check it. But they weren’t able to catch the squirrel.

They were successful. They were a little expensive but they did alright. The people were polite and prompt. Somebody brought some roaches in and I couldn't get rid of them and this guy was successful and he kind of taught me what I could do myself. They wanted to charge per unit but he only charged me for the units that had a problem and just inspected the others.
Description of Work: I last used Arrow Pest Control last summer to get rid of some roaches.

I have had Arrow Pest Control come out to my house a number of times to get rid of wasp nests (German Yellow Jackets). Every time they treat an area the nest goes away!
