Description of Work: The tech that performed the service (John Atkins) was one of the 2 principle owners. Since this service was performed he has gone in another direction and opened up his own busines, One Call Heating & Air. I would most definitely call John again, but I would not use American Heating and Air. |The installation of my new furnace went well, and he had it done in one day - in addition to also installing a humidifier. Very professional, quick, and reasonable.

+ -1 moreIn addition to fixing the issue at hand, he did not try to sell me all new equipment and talk me into upgrades like a few of the other techs I have hired in the past. He gave an honest, impartial evaluation of how long my existing furnace would remain functional with a few new parts in addition to exactly what benefits I could expect from a new unit from both a cost standpoint and a return on my investment from energy savings. These guys are honest, and trustworthy.
Description of Work: My technician came to my home when the furnace would not kick in. After a series of tests with his electrical diagnostic equipment he was able to determine what the cause was, and order the parts I needed right away at a competitive price. He also got my existing unit up and running so that I would not freeze while waiting for parts to arrive.
