A Step Above Tree Care

A Step Above Tree Care took down a very tall tree that was leaning over our house and deck. It was a difficult project with all the ground and tree angles working against them. They performed flawlessly, without any problems whatsoever! They showed up on time, completed the project on time and were completely professional and fun to be around. Excellent value, we will definitely hire again!

Like many others after the February 2023 Icepocalypse that knocked tree limbs down all over the area, I had a very large limb down in my yard. A STEP ABOVE I am certain was running around like crazy during this time. After hitting them up via ANGI, they popped over while I was at work and started with the small stuff and the next morning finished up the big job while I was out. I am SORRY I MISSED IT; I got a text from my family telling me they were there and I do not think it was a half hour before I got the text they were leaving. How?? That branch was huge! The big thing I gotta give them kudos for is they did this job without me around to discuss the charge; it was just that busy. Not the way I want to do business! I have trust issues and a dishonest contractor would really have had me over a barrel. But the price was more than fair and less than I budgeted. A super fast response during a hectic time and a fast job. No damage to my lawn or anything else. A STEP ABOVE TREE CARE impressed the heck outta me.

Davey and is crew were absolutely fantastic. They were an all around friendly, fast efficient, and very knowledgeable crew. They removed my suger maple tree that fell on my house the next morning and started promptly at the time they said they would be there. They quoted me half the price of two other tree companies and they were an all around amazing American crew of men and a woman. I also had a bush removed and other trees trimmed as well. Great clean up and stump removal. Very well maintained equipment they had too. If your looking for honest, on time, fast efficient, clean, friendly and reasonably priced tree company this is the way to go.

Responded and at me home in 30 minutes. 60' evergreen had unearthed and going to fall on power lines and across the street. He was there the next morning early. Took that tree down with intricate moves with power lines. Removed every single piece of debris. He is coming back in the spring for other work I would like.

Very pleasant experience!!! Everything was done on time and very professionally.

The guys were on time and very organized. They got the tree cut the first day. Cleaned up all the branches the next day. Cut the trunk and removed the large pieces and ground out the stump early the next week. Very affordable.

I used A Step Above Tree Care to trim my sugar maple tree that was overgrown and hanging over my house and my neighbor’s house. David and his team did a tremendous job trimming the tree back and removing all the dead wood. He was very knowledgeable and recommended ways to make the tree safe and healthy. He was on time and on budget. He was very courteous to my neighbor and when all the trimming was done he removed all the debris., It was like he was never there. My tree has never looked so good. I highly recommend using his service. I would not hesitate to use A Step Above Tree Care again. I will recommend him to anyone that I know that needs tree care.
