Terrible communication. A nice guy came out and went through the house with us. Seemed knowledgeable and helpful. They had worked on the home before so we decided we would likely hire them. We had to call a week later for the estimate, as it had not been emailed. It arrived via mail 2 weeks later after a second reminder. Email would have been fine with us. We called to set up a time for the work to be done. Left messages at least 3 times without any response. I even spoke to the owner once, Dave. He told me he would have someone call us in 1-2 days. Never happened. Apparently they don't need our $3000. Would never recommend them. Very poor business practice. Yes, we have hired someone else.

He said he would send me a bid, waited 3 business days! 3rd day after trying to contact him, get a message with no info . Then he emails to tell me he is too busy for my job ! Thanks

Excellent. Of the 4 companies I called Stokes was the only one available immediately. Having no furnace with an outside temp of -20s needs immediate response! They have excellent reviews, staff was quick, friendly, knowledgable. I had 2 other professionals quote that day and choose a different company to do the work. I was only billed $60 for my initial diagnosis/quote/furnace hookup (which was very reasonable) They were upfront with rates charged over the phone. And didn't overcharge. Their website had coupons that would have impacted my repair by almost 15%; they were expired by 2 months and the employee I asked did not know if they would still be honored. (As they were still posted) if I would have been able to use the coupons i likely would have used Stokes vs the other. They would have been able to complete the work same day had I chosen them.

Cost was less than estimated and did an Excellent job. I would highly recommend Stokes Electric.

The project manager who estimated the work was very nice. The two electricians who did the work were a great team. Everything is working fine.

We liked their service. They were very thorough and very professional. They were very helpful in helping us place the lighting.
