Description of Work: These plumbers have been outstanding the 3 times that I have used them. They were there when they told me that they would and their charge was very reasonable.

 + 0 moreThe one that we used was Prime Source. We have them coming in a month to clean our furnace too. We got it installed right before it got real hot. We liked them real well. We have had them for a number of things and we like them real well. They are very prompt. They are very clean, they clean up after themselves. They are just nice people to deal with. We have used them for a number of years for cleaning our furnace in fact. We have had them 2 or 3 times for different plumbing things that we had done. We had new toilets installed in the main floor and then in our basement they did the bath. We have had them for a number of things. They were excellent. The quality of work was very good. The responsive was an 'A' exactly, they were good that way. The punctuality was very good too. I think that they were very professional. We are going to have them come in again in a couple of months to do something.
Description of Work: We used them for plumbing and for air conditioning. We used their services the last time we had our air conditioner installed probably last June.

 + -1 moreThey were right on time when they said they would be here. He had a young apprentice with him and they were both very professional. Did a great job installing the toilet. Cleaned up afterwards. Took only an hour to get it all completed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Plan to use them again in the future if we need a plumber. Both were very personable people.
Description of Work: We had a new toilet installed . Removed old toilet and replaced it with new toilet.

 + -1 moreSee above -- two experiences in a month (who wants that??) and both went extremely well.
Description of Work: Two experiences, actually: On Oct. 5 we had a plugged drain - discovered late morning. Called a retired plumber, got these folks recommeded. They were there within 10 minutes! Had the whole thing done in 90 minutes, cleaned up, and were nice folks. Two plumbers, two vehicles, prompt service, that bill was about $200. Tues. Oct 30 awoke to a failed water heater; water on basement floor. Called them at 7:30, they were there by 7:50, gave us estimate, replace the water heater and were all cleaned up by 10. Again, extremely pleased by the prompt service. They diverted a fellow from a planned job to our emrgency, again a nice response. Considering we were complete strangers (except for the referral from our former plumber), I feel very lucky and please. New water heater installed for $900.
