Description of Work: Called for an estimate and within a couple of days they were out measuring the windows, providing brochures and answering questions that I had. I received the estimate in the mail within a few days. They kept me up-to-date with notifications of when the windows had been received and approximate wait time for installation. I changed my mind on trim, so that set our installation back a little, but they were very willing to work with us on changes. I changed the number of windows in two spots on them as well, and each time they were very helpful and provided me with the new paperwork and pricing. Total of 6 windows installed. The installer - Marx Remodel did an outstanding job. - Detailed in another report.
