Description of Work: In mid March, 2016, Bob Jirsa came to my home to consider a project and prepare an estimate for the cost to add a roof addition to my existing garage with one half as enclosed storage and the remaining a roof over the patio on an existing concrete slab. On March 21st, I received an email estimate followed by the formal written proposal in the mail. The estimate had four cost amounts. One estimate for materials ($3700), one for concrete/masonry work ($1600), one estimate for labor/overhead cost (100 man hours for $4200) and one estimate for 5% profit ($475) for a combined total of $9,975. These costs DID NOT include plans, permits, electrical, staining, and/or painting. | |On March 23rd, I replied by email to the written proposal asking for a specific materials list of costs and a breakdown of individual costs for concrete and masonry work to be completed. I accept the labor and profit costs albeit they may be excessive. | |It seems to me that an investment of $10,000 warrants specific individual costing by a contractor. However, maybe this is how a contractor operates if he is not really interested in completing a particular project. |I have not heard from Jirsa Construction since March 23, 2016.

He came to the house, discussed ideas with us and put us in contact with a designer to help create our dream kitchen. Bob was there every step of the way and made sure that the process went smoothly. He kept us totally updated on even the smallest detail. We did have our dream kitchen finished to perfection and on time!
Description of Work: TOTAL KITCHEN REMODEL.
