Eagle Eye Painting is not a cheap, but if you want a high quality job done with high quality materials, you definitely get what you pay for. We checked references before hand and they came back highly recommended. The crew was very professional and they completely cleaned up everything, every day they were here. It took about a month to paint our two story home but they were super thorough and did extra steps most home painters don't do (power washed after scraping AND sanding the siding). They also used tinted primer vs regular so that there was better coverage. They did two coats of paint on the side of the house that gets the most sun. They kept us informed about extra costs that came up due to rotten boards needing to be replaced and let us give the okay before doing them. They did a great job of repairing and updating the old rotten siding so instead of hiring two contractors, we only had to go with one. They are very clean, very careful, and do a precise paint job with no drips or residual spray in places you don't want. The end result is that we have a completely new looking home and we get tons of complements on the way it turned out. Pat is the owner and sometimes a little slow in getting back to you via phone but he really knows his stuff and does high quality work. When they started the job, they were here regularly and kept things moving despite weather and very high heat.
Description of Work: Restored and painted a 1950's two story home with wood siding. The siding was cedar, which is an expensive wood and the cost reflects that due to the boards that needed to be replaced.

We selected this company for their supposed experience with plaster walls and their "eye for detail". We learned they actually had little experience in matching existing wall textures and the trial and error process ended up costing significantly more money than estimated.
Description of Work: Painted living room, dining room and hallway. Applied sand texture to match old plaster walls.
