Description of Work: The furnace wouldn't come on. It was the thermostat. Repaired and works great!

+ -1 moreHe has been there before when we had problems with our furnace. Had to replace parts a couple of times. He is always prompt or as least stops right by to to at least diagnose the problem so he can get parts etc ordered right away if needed. Once when we called it was as simple as a fuse of some sort that was actually on the furnace. Very cold weather, well below zero for days. He was really busy but he came right over and found the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. He refused to take any money for the service that day. I can't say enough good stuff about this guy.
Description of Work: Our central A/C quit working. It would blow but not cooling. He came out and checked everything. (the unit is old) he charged it up but didn't know if that would work. We had cooling for about a week. He said we would most likely need to replace the unit due to a leak somewhere in the system. It would be more costly to search out the leak (he did look for it already) than to replace the unit on one as old as ours.
