 + -1 moreInstalled new carpeting and flooring in new home. For the most part the install was very well done with one glaring exception. In our great room and four seasons room the staples in the underlayment began working their way back up through the vinyl flooring creating hundreds of unsightly bumps in the floor. At first Jeff was a little hard to get to come and inspect the problem. But once he did he agreed the problem was in the flooring and would need to be totally replaced. The flooring and underlayment was replaced and now looks great. The work was done at no additional charge to us.

 + -1 moreIt was too much trouble to even begin to reply to this question. It would take me an hour or more to complete this. DO NOT USE. that is my suggestion!
Description of Work: This place is NOT worth the trouble. We had been given the name by the contractor to contact for damage. There was the need to replace flooring in the laundry and bathroom. It to FOREVER to get them out to do the project. Hard to get in touch with. Left messages that were never returned and when we finally reached them, they said they never got the messages. They were to call back on a certain date. NO call. When we called "The person we needed to speak to was on vacation" When the flooring was FINALLY put in the contractor came to install the baseboards only to find a screw was left on the floor and the floor was laid over it. They were able to fish out the screw but, had it not been noticed it would have eventually popped through and damaged the new flooring DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.. Save yourself the headache!
