Description of Work: Dug and installed the foundation for a 30X40 shop building. Poured the concrete floor and installed a floor drain. Everything is great. The floor actually drains to the low point where the drain is located. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: This contractor finished half of the job, walked away, and never returned. The part of the job he completed was botched, and had to be re-done by another company.
