We are an American Standard Customer Care Dealer, and we install and service residential gas and oil furnaces and air conditioning units. We also install and service Honeywell controls and indoor air quality systems, boiler systems, in-floor heat systems and solar hot water systems

They showed up less than an hour after I called, there before 9. By noon my heat was working. Tickled with their service; won't call anyone else!

Description of Work: Since having recently relocated to the La Crosse area we were having all the systems checked in our older home. The Cary technician was friendly and knowledgable and checked and serviced the A/C, Air handler, and Boiler systems. He gladly took the time to respond to questions so that I understood what I had concerns about. He let me know the potential life of my HVAC system. The cost was also very reasonable.

Prompt estimate, thorough inspection, knowledgeable & reasonable discussion of problems and goals, listened well. Work done on time, with very nice workmanship, good cleanup. System has worked very well for 2 yrs now. My only complaint is he wanted to replace the furnace (6 yrs old) because he thought it was too large a unit. But he backed down on that and just did the zone installation that we wanted.
Description of Work: Upgraded heat/cool ductwork to a zone system in a 2-story house.

The ball bearings on my heater were replaced only on one side, so the heater made a terrible noise. The man who came to fix it insisted Cary would not have made a mistake like this, though Cary is the only company that has serviced this heater. He did re-do it properly, but I had to pay for the second visit.
Description of Work: Did the job wrong and had to come back to re-do it.

Description of Work: Cary came to service my gas equipment (furnace, hot water heater, gas drier) and did an excellent job as always. I started using them when the company from Sparta who installed my air con and heating when the house was new did a very poor job and eventually the outdoor unit failed. We had Cary install a replacement American Standard unit on the other side of the house which is where we originally wanted it but were told it could not be done. It has worked very well for 4 years, very economical, and Cary is an excellent quality company.

I called to make an appoinment for an estimate for new air conditioner and furnace. I was told I would be called back within 24 hours. I was not called back. It has now been 10 days. Apparently, they do not need my business

I had the same guy do it 3-4 times now and he is a nice guy. He seemed to do a good job. I haven't had any problems with the furnace or the air conditioner. They are both 12 years old. I am thinking about having them come out and take a look at the air conditioner for the season.
Description of Work: I had my furnace cleaned by Cary Heating & Air Conditioning. I have had them do it 3-4 times. It is like a yearly tune-up.

I know some of the people who work there. I actually worked with them over the years. They seem to be an honest quick company. Pretty much whenever you need them, they come.
