thyeyburned part of my sister's carpet and have yet to deal with it were frequently late last two times they were no shows one of her helpers told my sister jane that my sister laura had attitude...VERY unprofessional they are inept and I wpuld not rec to anyone

I had hired Julie herself to clean for me. Julie herself actually cleans quite well. However shortly after she started cleaning for me she started sending other people to clean my house without my permission. The staff she sent to clean never cleaned as well as she did ever. The staff she send never clean consistently or evenly throughout the house. When I tried to discuss with Julie that it was her that I hired not a cleaning staff nor was informed when I hired her that it would ever be anyone but her in my home she basically said if I didn't like it tough. So I hire a new housekeeper & have not looked back. I would not ever hire her or her organization again. Her staff does not clean well & if you don't like her way well shall we say, that's just tough.
Description of Work: Dust, vacuum, bathroom, mop floors, standard basic cleaning.

Hi [member name removed], It was surprising to hear from you and even more surprising to hear that your so insulted by my business quitting working for you 8 yrs. ago that you would bother writing such a lutacris comment as you did. You hired my cleaning service to work for you, when you hire a cleaning service you can assume the owner won't always be present. I'm sorry that the employee's didn't meet with your satisfaction. The day I gave you your key back 8 yrs. ago you and I parted on good terms, we agreed that we weren't the right service for you, that you would be much happier with one person always and that is the way you should go. You smoked in your home and had multiple cats, this wasn't an easy situation to make perfection out of. But, as I said 8 yrs. ago, I wish you well and hope you find what you need in a cleaner and apologize we couldn't be it for you.Also, I would never have told a client "tough" then or now!

I got her add out of the paper and decided to use her. They are located two blocks away from where I live. She has done really well so far. I have been using her for a year and she comes every other week. Sometimes she had younger people coming and they are not as thorough. The quality of her work is good. I lost a table cloth because of one of the girls who came. When I told her this she took criticism in a good way.
Description of Work: I use Aunt Beas At Your Service for housecleaning. She cleans the family room, living room, and the front bathroom.

I'm happy {Member name removed} is generally happy with my service. I'd like to say something about the tablecloth and the prejudicial comment on the younger people. We always strive to make everyone happy, somtimes there is an accident, the tablecloth {Member name removed} mentions was just that an accident, a corner was caught while vacciming, I'd have to disagree that it was a loss with all due respect. I've always had people younger than myself or the {Member name removed} at thier house. The age of the cleaner isn't important, I've known that fir quite sometime because I've employed 19 - 56 years of age. The ability to absorb the training and multi task and work very hard sometimes 8 hr. shifts can be difficult to do. I read a saying the other day this was is. "The only people who don't make mistakes are those who are sleeping"
