 + -1 morethey were wonderful! It only took about 10 minutes of my time as the officer did most of the paperwork over the phone and via mail. She worked and got us the best rate there was out there any where. I was so thrilled and there was very little if any stress.

 + -1 moreI stopped in to get a new Checking and Savings account, since my old bank was treating me like a number. Sue Smith ran my credit report, (which is not perfect folks) and suggested that she could save me money on my car loan. She not only saved me $50 a month, but also offered me a better rate on my credit cards! I moved ALL my loans, and credit to Altra now, and at the end of the meeting with her, I felt that she had totally understood my desire to better my credit, loans, and overall banking experience! She was on MY side! I actually started to tear up- (and I am a 300lb man!) Thanks SUE!!
