Description of Work: We called advanced plumbing and he asked us to get the new faucet. We got it and let him know that. After that he contacted us few times but then he never came to fix the kitchen faucet.

Description of Work: Cleaned clogged sewer drain in the basement. They have also replaced our water heater in past. We've always been very happy with their work and service.

Description of Work: My home warranty assigned me to these plumbers, but I'm happy to say they did a good job. I had to call them back a 2nd time, and it took some convincing, but the plumber was very knowledgeable and did a great job.

Description of Work: Discovered a disintegrated piece of the bifurcation line blocking the water line to spigot. Unfortunately, not a piece readily available, so we must replace the faucet.

Description of Work: Switched out a leaking electric hot water heater for a new one.

Description of Work: Replaced in shower over tub: drain stopper & mechanism, faucet & control knob, shower head. There was a glitch & they were back the next day to fix. We had a coupon from Angie's list & did not use as they were more than fair on the price as well as top notch in customer service! With all of the companies we have dealt with in home repairs of any sort, Advanced Plumbing is our absolute favorite. Bob is knowledgeable & knows how to treat customers well. Thanks to Angie's list, we found this company!

Description of Work: We were lost doing a bathroom remodel and plumber who started the work would not return our calls. E mailed Advanced Plumbing and we received a call in 5 minutes. He scheduled an.appointment and showed up promptly. He installed pipes for sinks and installed bathtub in surround. We still have more work to finish after tiling and he called back with a time he could come back. This guy is super and reasonable. We high recommend his services! Dave and Loni Schultz

Description of Work: Service went great. I had called and left a message about my problem and actually got a call back to schedule an appointment. The plumber called about 1/2 hour before the appointment to confirm and say he was on his way. I called about replacing a sump pump but all that was needed was replacing the float which saved me a lot of money from just putting in a new pump. Very happy with the service and the speed with which the work was performed. They cleaned up everything and did not leave any mess. I would definetly use Advanced Plumbing again in the future and would recommend them to my family and friends. Thanks Angie's List, you are making a believer out of me on your service. I have struggled for years to find contractors that would actually call back and even show up.

Description of Work: We set up an appointment for him to come to check out my plumbing problem. He called back the day of the appointment and said that due to changes he needed to change his schedule and we reschedule for the next day. I said that was ok and we scheduled him to come at noon on the following day. I waited for him to call, or come, and he didn't do either. I have now scheduled a plumber that is not Angies list. To answer what the provider do'? Nothing Bad

Description of Work: Advanced installed a shower, toilet, and sink in our newly finished basement. He responded to emails and phone calls very quickly. He showed up on time and finished the work within the timelines quoted. There was one problem, but he responded quickly and fixed it by the next day. There may be less expensive alternatives, but he did exactly what he said he would do.

Description of Work: We had more than one water issue at our home. Bob did a good job of returning my call and and keeping me informed (we had to leave our home because water wasn't working) of the progress. He resolved our initial problem and recommended we buy a new water heater. We did so, and a few days later had him back to help my husband install. For a guy who does not have any staff helping him, I was really impressed. We will use him in the future.
