It went very well, they showed up at my door in less than two hours of the initial call. Ran diagnostics gave me a price and got the job done. Total job complete from initial call to leaving 3.5 hours. Would definitely hire again.

The plumbing team showed up on time and worked throughout the day. They were very professional and courteous. The job was a full day's worth for the two plumbers. Bob's team installed all the equipment except for a new pump and pressure tank as part of the job. Once everything was installed they checked the pressure and found that we had a net-increase of pressure throughout the system, which meant the higher capacity pump and tank was not needed (saving us almost $2k). My wife and I feel they did a great job, and we are very happy with the results. We have other plumbing projects in the future, and hope to work with Bob and the Advanced Plumbing Systems team in the future.

First, two pieces of information are needed. In October, the city had marked and checked the outside shut off valve located in my yard (close to the street) for the water line that runs to my house. Secondly, the city a short time later made an appointment to replace my old water meter, which they did in early December. The two events happened by coincidence but in the end were to my advantage. Then in early December, the city replaced the water meter. However, a leak developed with the shutoff valve in the house controlling the water line just inside the house. I tried tightening it myself but it being the old gate type valve, it couldn't be tighten enough to stop the leak. I decided it was time fix the problem so I called Advanced Plumbing Systems on a Tuesday and left a message... I was not sure I would receive a response. However, Bob texted me the following morning (a Wednesday) and said he would call later in the day after he finished another job to discuss my problem. He called later as promised. I told him what I needed and asked him how soon he could do the job. He replied he needed the next day (Thursday) for another job but the following day (Friday) he would be able come. I asked him if he could provide a ball park figure for cost which he did. We set the appointment for 10:00 a.m. Friday. On Friday, Bob actually arrived earlier than scheduled. He perused the water valves inside the house, shut off the outside valve in the yard and began the work. Once he began, he removed the necessary pipes and old valves, replaced and installed the new valves, and once completed, turned on the outside water valve and checked for leaks. The entire job was finished in less that one hour and now... I have no leaks! BTW... his charge was less than his initial estimate. I highly recommend Bob and Advanced Plumbing Systems!

They were always on time, if not early. They were very good about getting all the info ahead of time, calling and/or texting regarding the problem/arrival time. The price per hour was the most competitive in the area. There was some discrepancy about how many hours the plumber was here, but they are working on figuring that out before sending us the final bill. Overall, very pleased with the services.

Highly recommended. Gave written quote ahead of time. Price paid was exactly amount quoted which was great value. This project required that they be there at a specific time and date and they were there ready to work. Job done quickly and cleanly. We did run into an issue during the job, but Bob was professional and handled it with great customer service. My measure of great service is how situations are handled, and the way Bob handled it should be copied by all other service companies. Will use again and recommend.

We had a leak, called Advantage Plumbing Systems based on good reviews on Angie's List. They responded immediately and installed a new water heater the same day. Very pleasant to deal with , very professional. They took special care not to dirty the house and to clean up afterwards. We were very pleased.

They provided the new one after asking what I was needing and how it was used. I have used them on more than one occasion and have been completely satisfied with their service. I will use them for any plumbing needs.

Bob returned my call promptly. He called the evening before to confirm appointment. He sent Shannon, whom was a little late,but I think he got a little lost on the way to my house- I live way out in the middle of know where! We had some technical issues with the drain I had purchased, so we had to work around that. He did a great job on reattaching my copper piping. Bob called that night to make sure everything went ok and that I was happy with the work. I didn't receive my invoice yet, so I can not comment on the cost of the services provided. I will call him again if I need any future plumbing done!

I called Advanced Plumbing Systems because our septic tank could not be pumped out into the mound. We set an appointment time & Bob actually showed up a half hour ahead of time to check things out. Bob determined that our mound system was clogged & needed to be jetted. We dug up the ends of the mound system pipes so Bob could see what parts he needed & to determine the pipe size. He returned when he said he would & installed cleanouts on the ends of the pipes & had a pumping company perform the jetting. Everything is back to normal now & I highly recommend Bob & Advanced Plumbing Systems. Bob is punctual, professional, & very easy to work with, unlike another plumbing company I tried to work with. As long as he is in business I will never use anyone else!

Bob took the time to hear our needs and gave us several options that would work for us. Bob was early for both the appointment to look at our current setup and provide an estimate and the appointment to install our new tankless water heater. Bob was polite, respectful, and cleaned up the area thoroughly after he was done removing the old water heater and installing the new one. We will definitely be calling Advanced Plumbing again the next time we need plumbing work done.
