Description of Work: Kohler was very helpful in recommending two distributers to install their product. I spoke with both and then went with Rhodes and Sons, Electric. I am extremely satisfied with Steve Rhodes and his sons. The installation was very professional and the service they provide is exceptr\ional. I would recommend them to anyone.

 + -1 moreThey couldn't find the issue the first time they came, so they to come back the next day to look at it again. They did find out what was wrong, but the price to fix it was far too high, so we found someone else to actually stop the leak.
Description of Work: I hired them to examine a leak coming from a toilet.

 + -1 moreIt is an expensive, beautiful faucet. The brass plating has begun to come off of the faucet. I have been trying to get them to replace my faucet but they are insisting that it was ruined by chemicles, which is not possible because the type of chemicals needed to remove brass plating has not been used in my house to my knowledge. They offered to sell me another part to the tune of $260 instead of replacing the faulty part. When I was waiting on them to determine what they would do for me, I even had to go out and buy another faucet so we would have water in our kitchen. Follow up report: They replaced the whole faucet, brand new as opposed to just the part.
Description of Work: We purchased a faucet from Kohler through our plumber.
