Excellent. I wouldn't change a thing.
Description of Work: In 2006 contracted with Joe VanHandel Construction to build my home in Sherwood, WI. I was very impress with the quality, attention to detail, and personal service. They kept the project on schedule and in budget. I have since moved and now considering remodeling. When I am ready to start the process I plan on working with Joe VanHandel Construction.

I had hail damage on my roof. Joe was very quick to respond to my phone call. Since I don't know much about roofing, he acted as a liaison between my insurance company and myself. It was great having somebody do this for me to ensure I was adequately covered by the insurance company. Joe is very friendly, outgoing, reliable, and follows up to make sure you are satisfied with the job.
Description of Work: Joe's crew removed two layers of shingles and re-roofed my home with 35-year architectural shingles. My home is 1500 square feet and I have a two-car attached garage. They completed the job in one day--very efficient and fast. It was nice that the project didn't drag out into several days.
