Description of Work: JR has always been on time and very professional he asked questions that was very helpful to achieve the maxium service of expertise. No job too big too small he had all the equipment necessary to perform his services! Our family has lived in a rental unit for quite some time and has nearly white carpeting, so when kids are lazy or we have guest who may have forgotten to take off there shoes our stairs lookedawful as mostly that is what you see when you first enter and he used a pretreatment that did not damage or discolor but it was like 'WOW' factor gone and beautifully clean. JR does do an impressive job and you can tell he's very experienced. Thanks again JR !
