Alpha Tree Service

I contracted with ALPHA LAWN CARE for a two-day project to clear and sculpt my 1.5 acres of scrub woods into the start of a park-like environment. ALC has a strong, enthusiastic crew of experienced men (4-6 were always involved) who work very well together as a team. They worked just as hard the last hour of the second day as they did at the very start. ALC came well equipped with a large capacity wood chipper, several good size chain saws and a multi-attachment Bobcat. More than I expected was accomplished in our Phase One of my landscaping project. ALC is independently own and managed by Tanner Brooks who is detail orientated and lives up to his commitments and fair, competitive quote. For my needs ALC is not the typical lawn care service like the mailers I receive from the cut and treatment franchises. They have a landscaping attitude that can envision the final results. I highly recommend their services.

They transplanted a memorial tree from our old house to our new house and. He heard the experience that we were getting and just went above and beyond to make sure we got it done the right way And didn't charge us an arm and a leg.

Tanner and the crew from Alpha Lawn Service were professional and very courteous. They set and followed the timely schedule set in the beginning of the project. The removal of the tree was done very rapidly and smoothly. They clean up my property very well. the complete staff worked as a well oiled team. I was very pleased with the experience from the crew from Alpha Lawn Service and would recommend them highly. Great job guys.

Tanner and the guys did a wonderful job. The tree they removed was in a very tight spot. We will be safe now from the storms. We will have them do another project in the near future.

Worked with Tanner on our huge Ash tree- also to nudge our neighbors to trim their trees that were over the property line and dropping leaves on our deck. Experience was great! Easy scheduling, communicative, and completed work looks awesome!

Amazing!! Amazing!! From start to finish a great experience. Tanner came right out for a quote and got back to me the same day with a contract. I had other companies come out and never even get back to me. The job was removing two large Ash trees over my home. Tanner and his crew came out and took them down with care and precision. In and out in one day I couldnâ t believe it. This is not the first time hiring Alpha Lawn Care and it wonâ t be the last!! Thank you Tanner!

Hired Tanner to cut trees and shrubs, and then remove tree stumps. They cut down the trees and then demanded to be paid. I normally do not pay until the job is completed. I did pay some money, as he said that is the way he works, which was news to me. Tanner said he would contact me to schedule the stump removal, which he has never done. I have contacted his business numerous times, with zero response. I would not hire him again, he is not true to his word.

The job was not completed as promised. Calls were rarely returned. Promises were made that the the stumps from the trees they cut would be grinded and no one would show and I would not get a call. This happened numerous times, like 5 times! The job was again to be done the week before Thanksgiving. I can not even get Tanner, the owner, to call me back. The stumps are ugly and they should have been grinded down a week after the job. The job was done Oct. 15th!!! It's been very frustrating.

Tanner and his crew were at my house within a day or two of agreeing to do the work.. Two big trees were trimmed and an evergreen removed in about 1-1/2 hours, Total cleanup was superb. I was truly amazed at how this crew of 5 worked together. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Tanner's customer service was outstanding, and the whole crew was very congenial. Above all that, the cost for the work was terrific, as they came in well below other quotes that I had received for even less work. Do yourself a favor and give them a call.

Awesome work crew Period...

Did great on tree removal, but a terrible job on stump removal! We are very disappointed with the remaining mound of stump that was left. looks like we buried the stump without removing it.
