Our experience with Yutka fence was outstanding! Our contact with the office staff (Jaime) was prompt and friendly. They let us know what the process would be to choose a fence and have it installed. Tom came out and gave us information about the different fence styles and worked out a rough diagram on our lot of what we liked. He left us with the information and a rough estimate of the cost. Once we decided on the details, Tom came out with a plat of our property and laid out the design while we walked our yard, showing us how the gates would open and made some suggestions that were very helpful. We made the final decision of what we wanted and called the office to set up a date for the installation of the fence. About a week later the installation crew led by Abel came out and installed the fence in two days. They were very skilled and friendly. The installation was perfect! They took time to get all the details right. The fence sloped down both sides of our back yard and they adjusted the fence to make all the fence boards plumb. It was a very professional installation. The crew cleaned up our yard very well at the end of the project. The quality of their work and materials were beyond our expectations. We are extremely pleased with Yutka fence and would highly recommend them.

Sent them three emails and left two messages. Zero response. Guess they're too busy with FoxConn to bother with small jobs.

frustrated with communication.....hired yutka 5 years ago, perfect job and communication. This time horrible communication, never kept me updated and if they did it was wrong and I am stuck waiting and to keep calling back...I even was changing my own appts for this and they would not show. They would say you don't have to be there , well glad I was or I would not have the right amount of privacy on the fence that I wanted...also a couple cracked boards....not worth calling them back as they will say they are coming and they don't... office communication is absolutely the worse this time around....and then a month later I get a bill saying they never got my payment!....seriously???? again never got the first bill they said they sent! I don't think its the guys installing the fences its coming from the office.

I was very pleased with the results. Believe it or not it was the type of, I know it precisely, it was the type of post they put in to the ground. They use what is called and quot;Post Masterand quot; post and it's like 10 feet long and they pound it 4 feet in to the ground so you don't have to use contrite, you don't have to dig holes, and it's guaranteed for like 15 years. Their professionalism is just excellent.

I contacted Yutka fence for an estimate. They had great response time and came out the next day for a quote. On April 30th Karl came over, took measurements and then discussed fencing options. He provided me with an onsite quote. I don't feel like he even listened to what I wanted and he was not detail oriented. The quote did not have what I wanted - he used 5' fencing instead of 4' like I requested, even though I currently have an 8' gate he estimated with a 4' gate only, i wanted vinyl and aluminum options but he only priced out vinyl. I told him the changes I wanted for the estimate and he said that he would get this to me by email that same day. I waited until May 3rd. I did not receive any response from him so I called the company and requested the information. I spoke directly with Karl. He said he would get me the estimate that day and call to make sure I got it. I still have not heard back from them. Im disappointed that they wasted my time especially since I told Karl that I was going to be working with several contractors for my large backyard project and I needed estimates across the board before deciding options with each company.

The builders themselves were on time and busted hump getting the work done. It took them longer then expected but I think the ground was rockier then they had expected. Fit and finish is good with the exception of the corners. From outside of the yard, there are gaps where the corners should meet. I'll probably just fix it myself. It doesn't effect function, just looks like crap. As far as the office staff, they seem to mix things up. Got the install days mixed up a couple of times (even had to send the builders away as our permit hadn't come through yet) and then to top it off, they charged the second half of the payment to the wrong account causing all sort of turmoil financially. In their defence (for the install date mix up, not the payment) I understand that the normal scheduler was out of the office that week, so the "B" squad was probably doing their best to step up and fill in. I did find them through Home Depot, so maybe that's part of the problem, but I dealt with Yutka directly for everything so I hold them ultimately responsible. They've been around for a long time and have a good rating from the BBB, I'd recommend contacting them directly and not using Hope Depot as a middle man, maybe you'll have better luck. I gave price an "N/A" because I didn't solicit any other quotes, so I don't know how they stood up. The price seemed reasonable to me and they had a good reputation. Quality would have been an "A" had they properly finished the corners of the fence, and the "C" is based on dealing with the office staff. Other then then that, I would have given straight "A's" across the board.
