It went great alls i had to do was pay the man!

I initially called the number listed, early on Tuesday, May 29th and spoke directly to Adam Ewings. I asked him to come out and provide an estimate on lawn maintenance for my yard. I was also interested in having weeds pulled/chopped/maintained without chemicals as my lawn and weeds were growing out of control. Adam assured me that he would either come out or have someone look at the property that day or the next morning. I waited and waited and waited and I did not hear back from him. I finally called Adam again on Friday morning to ask about the estimate. His response was that he did not have the paperwork in front of him and he asked me if he could call me back later in the day. Of course, I agreed. Again, I waited and waited. It is now Tuesday afternoon and I still have not heard from him. I ended up going to Menards and purchasing my own lawn mower and weed trimmer and doing the basics by myself. If he was not able to perform the work or if he did not have the time to get to my lawn, I would have appreciated a call advising me of this so that I did not wait for him. I was excited about the other reviews that he received and when I spoke to him, he sounded eager to get the job. Honesty, responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism obviously are not part of Adam's company work motto.

My yard was in serious need of a make over. I found Turf Experts online, Gave them a call, with-in a day they came out and submitted an estimate. It was right around what we wanted to spend, I called them to give them the go ahead to proceed with our job. Well, my wife and I left for work one day and came home to a BEAUTIFUL JOB. They did everything descibed in there estimate and then some. We had 12 or so yards of mulch replaced and all the trims and bushs trimmed and I just can not explain how nice of a job they did. I would highly reccommend to give these guys a call. They do awesome work. Thanks again

I had called this company to get an estimate on a clean-up, removing some plants, planting some grass and general lawn care. They came out and gave me an estimate, I called back about a week later to give them the ok and they were out within a week. The guys were very professional and polite. I even called last minute to save a few rose bushes I was having removed. and they were able to save them for me. Every week they would trim, mow and edge and make sure my lawn looked better then the neighbors. They did such good work I am also having them do my snowplowing this winter and hope to contuine having them maintain my lawn next year. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I spoke to a representative named Jeremy on the phone to schedule a lawn cut. I was informed of the price which would not be more than $35 for a standard 1/4 acre lot. The price was standard and fair. Jeremy advised me that they would provide the service. I asked if I could pay over the phone with a credit card. Jeremy stated that they are not set up for credit cards and then they would bill me or meet with me for payment. Jeremy was polite and willing to assist my needs. After a week of waiting with no service provided and no phone calls to keep me informed as to the estimated date of service I called Jeremy. I did not receive an answer but left a voice mail message requesting him to contact me as to when they might provide the service. I waited another week and still no service and no phone calls. I waited yet 2 more weeks without service and still no response to my voice mails. I had placed a total of 4 different phone calls one for each for the 4 weeks. Each time I had called it rang about 5 times and then went to voice mail. My number was not blocked and I did leave the same number on the voice mail for him to call. I now am contracting with another company. Note: Since this report as of December 2011 the company has changed their web address to www.turfexperts.net .
