Description of Work: the first time I went to the site and had the windshield replaced there was a strange defect in the glass like a scratch that the sun reflected off of. They came and fixed it and then replaced the glass 2 more times following because the wipers made an awful squeaking noise in the windshield and that had never happened before. Anyway, as stated they replaced 2 more times and though it is better it still squeaks. I replaced the blades twice and come to find out it was not the glass, the person who installed it bend the wiper arms. I had finally gave up and never called because I thought it was just the way it is only several months later to find out it was bent wiper arms. So if I want it fixed I have to buy new honda wiper arms. Everyone who came and on the phone everyone was so friendly and kind and professional. The guy who bent the arms the second installation I am sure knew he did it and it could have been an easy fix and would have saved me hours of frustration. I will never use your service again, though friendly, not accountable and now I am stuck with awful squeaking wiper blades.

Description of Work: They replaced my windshield, and then did a followup repair of a trim piece that wasn't their fault, which they did anyway for no charge. They are HIGHLY recommended by me., I would NEVER go anyplace else for this kind of work.
