They were here at the prescribed time and were very professional and courteous. Roger gave me instructions for aftercare and also gave me an estimate for duct cleaning. I will be definitely be using them again.

They were very punctual, on time returned calls in a very timely manner. BUT.... the carpet was not cleaned very well we had to rent a cleaner ourselves and do it again. I was not impressed with the quality of cleaning.

Outstanding job, polite, on time

GREAT! Couldn't have asked for a better end result, and they were done in less time than anticipated.

The gentlemen who cleaned our carpets were on time, quick and very professional. They took care of lifting all our furniture off the ground (except for our china cabinet and entertainment center). They managed to remove or lighten most stains on our almost 30 year old condo carpet. My only complaint is that they didn't seem to pay too much attention to the very edges of the carpet. The price truly can't be beat, and they scheduled an appointment for us within two days of when we called and even gave us a two-room deal when our living space is really more like the size of three.
