They did a good job and fixed the problem. We didn’t have a ton of damage, but we were satisfied with their service.
Description of Work: Our sump pump died, and PuroClean of Kenosha took care of the water damage to our house.

They had to tear up carpet and drywall and lots of ugly stuff. It was quite the job do to the fact that I have a sub floor. My experience was wonderful. The man was here on a daily basis until the job was done. He was very committed. At a time it was hard to find someone. I was thankful tat they made themselves available.
Description of Work: They basically cleaned up all of the water and dried up my basement from flood damage.

This service provider lied to me and the heating and cooling company. He wouldn't return my calls and when he did it was to tell me that he wasn't going to do the work. He should have at least returned my call promptly. He is very unethical.
Description of Work: Supposed to give an estimate on the water damage. He was supposed to contact me and did not return my calls. He then returned the call only to tell me that he wouldn't do the work. I was supposed to make arrangements with heating and cooling company.
