Our experience with Pete was excellent from start to finish. Pete worked tirelessly to help us sell our home. He helped navigate through buying process of our brand new home. Awesome!

We met Pete at an open house when we were just beginning to think about moving to a new home. Over the next year he showed us severl homes. He was very helpful, but never pushy. H was key in helping us find the right house for us.

Pete the realtor was very professional and easy to talk to. He explained everything we needed to get our house on the market and sold. We had to call him a couple of times to get flyers put out in the box in the yard. Other than that everything went smoothly and quick! We would recommend him to sell any ones home.
Description of Work: Our realtor (Pete O'Connor) met with us several times to get our house sold quickly and that he did. We had a bid in one month.

The sale of our home and the purchase of our new home went very smoothly. Within a day of our accepted offer on our home, our realtor sent a detailed email letting us know the exact dates that certain deadlines needed to be met. I made sure as each date drew near that everything was in order with the appraisal, financial paperwork, etc. I would recommend that any homeowner be proactive in making sure that they follow up ahead of each deadline by at least a week. Since I did that, there were no unexpected delays and we had a completely smooth transition.
Description of Work: We used Power Realtors to sell our home in Kenosha Wisconsin. We had an accepted offer on our home in 16 days and were very happy with the services provided by our realtor, Pete O'Connor. We also used Power Realtors to purchase our new home in the same area.
