+ -1 moreAC condenser unit was not working. Called Don on Labor day and he answered right away and said he would be by next day before 2:30. He called ahead and arrived earlier than expected (12:45) and diagnosed the issue. We had earwigs in the contactor and the contactor needed to be replaced. The replacement contactor was installed and unit was working within 30 minutes. Price was high for the repair - part can be had online for $30 and install took less than 20 minutes to complete, but it was hot outside and Don was available. $200 would have seemed like more of a fair price for this type of repair.

+ -1 moreI made the appointment with Don for a certain date as I was signing for my mobile home on that day and would only be in town for a couple of days. He came out and cleaned the furnace. At such time I made mention that I wanted a different thermostat on the wall. He didn't have one on hand but we agreed he would come back after I moved in in a couple of weeks and replace it. When he got done, the furnace was working wonderfully. The next morning,Saturday, when I went to turn the furnace up to warm the place up for another workman, the furnace wouldn't come on. I called Don, and told him what the error message was reading, ignition failure. He came out within and hour or two and replaced and the thermostat which he had picked up after leaving the previous day. I will definitely do work with Don again.
Description of Work: Cleaned the furnace, replace the ignition part and put in a new thermostat.

Description of Work: Don Peters came to our house for a standard A/C check. He did a great job and helped us understand what we need to do to extend the life of our Heating & A/C unit. He was efficient, respectful and didn't waste any of our time. I would definitely use Don again from Peters Heating & A/C.
