 + -1 moreI had a home built on my own lot. The home was built with very few problems along the way. They did very good work. They worked with me throughout the process taking into account my suggestions and requests. They did extraordinary work and provided me with quality home. I have zero complaints about this company. They are definitely a company that deserves straight A's. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good quality home.
Description of Work: They built my 2300 sq. ft. home.

 + 4 moreThere were the normal things that happen when building a home but no major problems. MasterCraft has done a quality job and when a problem has occurred they have worked with us to resolve it. They estimated the home would be done in approximately 6 months and it took 6.5 months. The things to be aware of are heating vent, thermostat, light switch and similar item locations. If you do not specify where something goes, the contractors will put it where it is easiest for them to install. Insist on walkthroughs for key things like electrical and plumbing.
Description of Work: MasterCraft is the builder of our new home. We could not find a home builder with a design that would work for us so we worked with MasterCraft to build a custom home. We care for a handicap parent so needed a downstairs bedroom with full bath but did not want a ranch. They built us a custom design that would meet our needs and have been great to work with. This is a 3000 square foot home. Lower study/guest room, FR, LR, DR, laundry room, dinette, and kitchen. LR has cathedral ceiling and family room has 18 ft ceiling with a loft above and fireplace. Upper has 3 bedrooms plus a loft. Brick front with hardiplank siding.
