LEE HEATING COOLING APPLIANCE

Description of Work: Called for a bid on a new A/C unit, called multiple times before getting through. Once I reached someone they said the estimator (Warren I believe is his name) was the one who would help me and they took a message. I never heard back after that.

Description of Work: Our a/c wasn't putting out. It's the original central air unit from when we built the house. I called Lee Heating & Cooling, because I have used them for maintenance since we built the house. The serviceman came very promptly. He said the coolant was low, but he could find no leaks. He recommended we purchase a new unit (which we need, actually) because stricter clean air ordinances won't allow him to recharge the thing again. I explained that with other repairs, kids in college, etc., this just wasn't the year to have to make such an unplanned major purchase. He said he truly understood, fixed the thing, and we were good to go. So far, knock wood, we have made it through the summer of 2011 and the ac works fine. But we are counting on replacing it next year. We will go with Lee, no doubt. The owner performs serious research on the products they install, and will not settle for cheaper, less reliable, less efficient ones. The servicemen are prompt, efficient, and don't try sales jobs on you in your home. If a part or appliance is needed, the discussion is frank and straightforward. As I mentioned, Lee has taken care of our heating and cooling needs since the house was built. They are just a great service company, and in these tough economic times where consumers regularly report rip-offs, I assure you, you'll be pleased with them.

Description of Work: They put in two ceiling fans. Straightened out the wiring on my exhaust fan in my bathroom.
