They reattached them to the house using new strapping and cleaned out my gutters. I have noticed significant improvement not only in the look but also in the water drainage. Thank you!

Description of Work: John and his team installed gutters and gutter guards on our house. They completed the work in a little more than 1/2 day. Clean up was excellent; you would know that they were here. I can't wait to see how the gutter guards work! We have lots of mature trees and I look forward to not having to get on the ladder to clean the gutters several times per year.

Description of Work: I contacted this service to get an estimate for gutter cleaning on my home. First, I called and left a message and it took over a day to call me back. Then when I spoke to them the guy seemed annoyed that it was only for a cleaning and like it wasn't worth his time.. It took almost a week for them to come out to give me a sloppy, way over priced estimate. $350 to clean gutters that take me less than 2 hours to do myself?! No thanks, I'll either continue to do them myself or hire someone fair and happy for business..

Description of Work: We bought our house in July 2011 and by October, experienced gutter problems for a 25' section in front of our garage. When we had a downpour, the water was gushing over the gutter and coming into our garage. I called several gutter services and received voicemail messages on all of them. Some of those companies were quite larger than John's Gutter Service. After leaving John a message, he called back within 15 minutes. Two other services never returned my call, and one was not interested in doing repairs. When John called back, he said he was in teh area and he would come right over. I was not home but my wife was. John immediately knew the problem and also noticed the previous owner used too small a diameter gutter, as well as not enough downspouts. John could have told us that all our gutters were bad and tried to sell us gutters for the entire house, but he didn't. He said that he had some other jobs he was working on and that he would be back in a week or two to do the repair. Because the problem was not an emergency and, we were okay with having the repair done as filler work. John came back as promised; he fixed the area that was defective and added a downspout to the opposite end of the gutter. Problem solved. The price was very fair and when I have a need for future gutter service, we will not hesitate to call John's Gutter Service.
