Very well, highly recommend them. I do believe some carpets dry faster than others and it depends if you have fans running also to help it dry faster.

Did a great job, with two dogs keeping odors out of the carpet isn't always easy.

They have been very good. They are prompt and do a good job. I have not shopped around, but I guess their price is okay. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Overall the experience was horrible. The crew started off by showing up late. The cleaning process was as expected, however, the carpets ended up being wet for more than 24 hours (they promised that the standard drying time in a typical house was no longer than eight hours) and there were many areas that just weren't clean (despite being "cleaned."). Also, when taking our credit card information at the time they left, they wrote down the CID/CVV2 number from our card (which is against the terms of merchant agreements with all processors). Accordingly, we let the credit card company know the next day. We also called the owner ("Joe") four times over the next ten days, left appropriate messages concerning the wet carpets and inadequate cleaning and how we could work out something, however, the owner did not call us back for about two weeks. When he did finally call back, he asked what he could do to make it right. We told him that he should do the job correctly this time and he yelled at me that "...you don't know s-it..." and "...refuse to do anything..." and "...you have to pay me for the work." I probably got a bit agitated and let him know that I would not pay him one dime until the job was completed correctly. That was all I heard from Joe, until a few months later, when a collector (Rumson, Bolling and Associates) came calling to collect a debt that was nearly double the amount from the original bill (I don't know if the collector or Joe marked up the amount). Because we felt that we were in the right, we sued Rumson, Bolling and Associates for violating a number of articles in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and received a settlement from them (and as part of the settlement, the original debt was cancelled including any "markups").
