he was quick and he was willing to work with the home warranty people. He is also friendly.

While it took longer than we would like for the parts to get to JL, they were very quick to bring them out and make the repair. They did the repairs quickly and properly, we havent had any issues and it has been 3 months.

They did an awesome job. I highly recommend them and I would use them again in the future if needed.

Was charged an over inflated price since I said it was an emergency. Should have just used A and R DOOR Service

Overall I have had good experiences with them. I have had them come out at least 3 or 4 times. They are knowledgable and get work done quickly. Normally they can be out there the same day or next day. Same guy has helped me each and everytime. In person, he seems professional, friendly and helpful, providing good customer service, info, and explaination. The only negative I have had is; 1) They don't return phone calls or follow up when I leave voicemails. They don't always answer their phone so must speak to someone to get help. 2) Don't seem to have any help/service/assistance later in day (3pm - 5pm). They will do it at this time but hard to set up etc at times. 3) Don't have good cusotmer service or professionalism over phone. So many places I deal with though I would rate low on professionalism over phone. Answering quetions, being more helpful over the phone would save them a trip out. Many times service calls for all customers are very simple things that can be fixed in less than 15 minutes. A littel troubleshooting to explain problem and advice/tip for a quick resolution of things to do,assess, and check before them having to come out would be helpful. Service/maintenance calls are about 75$ each time if no major work was required.
