 + -1 moreI have been using this service for over 2 years. At first the service was excellent. Very punctual cleaning was always excellent. I had a few broken items, but they were always replaced. Then about 8 months ago she missed a couple of appointments. She always called, but it was a hassle trying to reschedule. This improved for a couple of months and then in February she started missing appointments and the quality of her work started to slip. I rescheduled her 4 different times. I changed my schedule to accommodate her. The last time she did not show up and did not call to say she was not coming. It was the final straw I had to fire her. I then cleaned the house myself and that is when I noticed nicks in my wood that were not there before. I'm not sure what happened, but the quality and reliabilty have slipped and I cannot recommend this business.
Description of Work: Cleaned our entire house. Polished cabinets, cleaned counters in kitchen, wiped down appliances, washed and vaccumed floors cleaned bathrooms and dusted.

 + -1 moreWe initially contacted Jerianne's after reading the numerous glowing reviews on Angie's List. My husband spoke to her on Monday 10/1 to set up an appointment for an estimate. She was great on the phone - friendly, knowledgable, etc. I was so excited as it seemed like she was going to be perfect. However, the estimate appointment was set up for noon on 10/3 and she never showed. My husband called her three times within an hour and was then forced to leave to return to work. It is now more than 48 hours later and we have still not received a phone call in response to the voicemail that was left on Wednesday. I am very disapointed - and very surprised due to the other reviews shown here. She is clearly not reliable.

 + -1 moreThey were fantastic. It was the woman who owns the operation and five other women with her. I couldn't believe what they did within 4 or 5 hours; they cleaned parts of that condo that had never been cleaned before. Everything looked new when they were done. It was worth every penny we paid. The carpet had been stained here and there and they cleaned it three different times with three different machines, it looked 200% better than what it had been.
Description of Work: They did a housecleaning service for us.

 + -1 moreWe were given an estimate for 2 full days of cleaning, 16 hours, this was to be a "move in" cleaning, cabinets, light fixtures, floor, especially bath tubs and toliets. Specifically asked to have the exhaust fan above the stove cleaned as it had built up dirt. Estimate included lining cabinets and drawers with plastic liner which was provided. Everything was incomplete, never finished lining the cabinets, showed up late on day one, did not stay 8 hours, came back on the second day for only 2 to 3 hours yet estimate and charge remained the same. Several times the younger cleaners had to be told how to clean something, owner did not stay the entire time. Especially disturbing, after being told this was a move in cleaning and to focus on cleaning and sterilizing tubs and toliets, the first time I took a bath in the tub, there was a scum ring which remained in the tub from the previous owners. Exhaust fan was not cleaned, had to be reminded the second day to clean the fan. Not satisfied at all and would not recommend service to anyone.

 + -1 moreMy overall experience with Jerianne's service was satisfactory. We hired her cleaning a total of (3) times. The first visit was thorough, I was very satisfied with the results. The next time didn't seem to be as focused as the first visit. I noticed minor things like the dusting was partially done on one table but not the other, stove top not cleaned at all. I provided a list of specific areas that were more important to focus on than the entire house and those items weren't completed to properly (and it amounted to less work). The 3rd visit was the final. My 16yr old daughter was home when they arrived and recognized one of the girls from her old high school. When she told me she knew one of the girls, I wondered if she possibly graduated early, if she was in fact bonded to work in homes... My daughter said the girl she knew and another teen girl went on and on discussing 'boy problems' (while working) and was asking my daughter if she knew this or that guy. Jerianne overhead part of the girls conversation and she told them to pipe down and do what they were there to do. While Jerianne did handle the girls rowdiness, I still feel a hint of unprofessionalism in what occurred. That evening when I got home, I noticed the stem underneath a decorative glass bowl was cracked, but when I picked it up, I realized the stem meeting the surface was actually broken. The next day I took a picture of the item and emailed Jerianne to ask her if the item in my bedroom was accidentally broken and she said she'd check with 'the girls'. She called me back and asked me to text her the picture. After reviewing she said the girls didn't know anything about it. Well it didn't break on its own, I didn't break it that night, and my daughter to go into my room and break it, then cover it up. I think it would have been easier to simply own the mistake. I didn't even need the item to be replaced, but the way incident was handled (along with the story about the teen girls and the minimal cleaning), it was enough for me to find a new service. My daughter laughed and said I should have paid her $100 to clean the whole house properly...at least she has the maturity to own when she breaks things.

 + -1 moreThey cleaned everything in every room from ceiling to floor. They cleaned five hours straight for two days. My house sparkled when they were done. They come to maintain on a bi-weekly basis. They are punctual and friendly. They take extra care in handling my belongings and I love coming home after they have cleaned. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a cleaning service.

 + -1 moreI think it went great. My 77 yr old mom and dog were there for the entire cleaning and mom said she has never seen people work so hard. I was extremely happy with the results. I now have a standing once a month appointment. Well worth the money as it gives me free time on the weekend.
Description of Work: Jerianne and crew spent 5 hours doing a through cleaning of my condo. Moved applicances and furniture out, cleaned windows and window wells, blinds. You name it they did it.

 + -1 moreOverall, we are very happy with her work and her commitment shows through to her professional work ethic. We have signed a contract with Jerianne that includes her cleaning our house every two weeks. The second cleaning session also went well. The follow-up cleaning is every two weeks, for $200.00. This price is a bit steep, but fair for the amount of free time I have now as well as the relief of knowing I can trust her to stay true to her word and commitments! I recommend Jerianne's Cleaning Service.
Description of Work: Jerianne and I discussed what work would be performed, agreed on a starting date, price (that is for 9 hours of work). Jerianne and her crew arrived on time and worked through the afternoon, as agreed and came back the next morning to finish up. The $320.00 was for the intial cleaning which included cleaning out air vents, washing down walls, blinds, inside windows, window sills, kitchen cabinets, appliances, bathrooms, floors etc. I had found a couple of items were overlooked on the first day and they took care of them on the second day.

 + -1 moreWOW! All I can say is WOW! I am so impressed with Jerianne's house cleaning service! When they said they did a deep clean, boy did they mean it. I just couldn't believe how involved they got. They came in with all their cleaning supplies and tools :))) tooth brushes, putty knives, and paint brushes. Sounds like they were going to build something...no...they use all these things to brush of the little nick knacks we have! I was home all day as I work at home and the first thing I saw was Jerianne taking a candle out of a holder and digging out the wax! Then I saw here workers wiping off every leaf on our plants! Jerianne was climbing on my counters to vacuum the top of them. I mean when she told us she was anal about cleaning, she meant it! I thought my house was clean before with our last service, but boy let me tell you, my house has never been this clean! Did I say how friendly Jerrianne and her workers were? Well they were! I don't mean that they chat, they worked hard the whole time they were here, but when we did talk, they were very friendly and sweet. I only gave them a B for price only because they are more expensive than what I had, but like the old saying goes, and quot;You get what you pay forand quot; and I certainly did with hiring Jerianne's service! You will not be disappointed and I would recommend them to anyone!

 + -1 moreI could not be more pleased with the quality of work Jerianne and her staff deliver. I have had my house cleaned for over 15 years, by 3 different companies, and Jerianne's company is by far a cut above the rest. The deep cleaning initially provided was extremely thorough, and I could not have been more pleased with the final product. The kitchen floor was restored to it's original color and shine, attributes I had not seen in over 5 years (and assumed were lost). The hard water stains were removed from all bathrooms; all lampshades were dusted; every nick nack was touched and cleaned. The house shined, and our home looked new again. Outstanding job!!! The weekly cleaning does not disappoint either. There is not a surface left untouched; bathroom towels are folded creatively; toilet paper is folded to a point, and we feel like we enter a spa when we come home. The quality of the work is superb! Jerianne and her staff are professional, all begin work immediately after they arrive. All are friendly, but focused on getting the work done. I have a high level of trust that the house is well taken care of in my absence.

I was pleasantly suprised with the rates and the quality of work provided. The entire house from top to bottom was completely deep cleaned and the carpet looked like new. My wife and I couldn't believe the difference in the house and look forward to using her continually in the near future. I highly recommend Jerianne's Residential Cleaning Services!

Description of Work: I had three staff here working cleaning my home for the first time -Oh My Gosh, they were polite, fast, with attention to detail. My home looks beautiful, everything shines. They are coming back again next week. I have a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with formal living and dining plus family room, large kitchen etc. This company is the best kept secret in the Kenosha area !!!!! I am so pleased with their work and will recommend them to anyone and everyone. I am happy I found them on Angie's List and I really appreciate the other customers rating and words, it helped me make a decision.

 + 2 moreI have her return every 2 weeks for "upkeep" cleaning (the cost of the upkeep is 30% of the initial deep cleaning. In my case, I paid $250 for the initial 10 hours of deep cleaning, so now, every 2 weeks, I pay $85 - well worth every single penny!!) I have never indulged in having a "maid" or a "housekeeper'; but I'll tell you, I don't know why I waited so long to treat myself to this service! Even my husband is happy (and that's quite a task!! He hates cleaning almost as much as I do.) - he's happy that I am happier and less stressed and we have more time to spend quality time together. It's amazing, I think her services actually helped my marriage!!! I have recommended her to all of my friends, and those who have already had their estimates have already had the pleasure of experiencing her true "gift of cleaning and organizing". Even though I only have her come once every 2 weeks, I look forward to coming home from work, every other Tuesday, and know that when I turn my key in the door knob, I will be pleased and relaxed - just knowing she has been there, taking such great care of my home. When she and her crew did the first deep cleaning, she did not leave until I personally approved every single room. She is committed to providing absolute excellent service to her clients. I can not communicate adequately the happiness I am experiencing now, knowing that my home is kept clean, fresh, and organized. She has a true gift, and I am so incredibly happy to have her as a new addition in my home. What a pleasure she and her crew are.
Description of Work: Jerianne came for an estimate on 03/01/10. She went through my house with me, listened to everything I wanted to have done. Asked questions about certain wants, likes, and dislikes. She was extremely detailed with her cleaning knowledge. I felt very comfortable with her in my home as soon as I met her. She is also a Professional Organizer, specializing in "pack rats" (which I admit that I have an issue with). I accepted her bid and she and her crew of 4 returned to my home the Friday of the same week of my estimate (est was 03/01/10, she completed first deep cleaning on 03/05/10). She and her crew were on time, in uniform, and with every single cleaning product and tool she and her crew would be needing. They finished ahead of her estimated time. The work was AMAZING!! I have never ever seen the shower doors so clean and shiny. The mirrors didn't even have a streak in them. She was able to remove the cat hair from the entire sofa sectional (which I had been unable to do), and even actually MOVED the furniture to vacuum under it and even cleaned the baseboards behind the furniture! They worked from top to bottom, in every single room I asked her to complete. My walls no longer have kids fingerprints all over them, the light switches are clean and look brand new again. She opened up my washing machine, saw the build-up of the liquid softner residue, cleaned it out. She actually washed my GARBAGE CAN! I have seen this same garbage can in the kitchen for 2 years. I have never even thought to wipe out the can or wipe off the outside of it with a little water with bleach....but when I saw it had been done, I almost cried. Wow, she even took it upon herself to clear out the kitty litter, wash the pans out, and replace the litter with clean stuff. I didn't even ask her to do that! She saw that it needed to be done, and she just went ahead and did it! I can walk into any room of the house and breathe a sigh of relief, knowing that the room is actually CLEAN. How many people wash off the refrigerator handles? Jerianne has a unique eye for detail. She can spot a speck of dirt, a dust ball, or even a little spider web in the ceiling corner from the other room. She pointed out several areas in the house that I walk by every single day which were actually quite filthy..... not anymore! every thing is clean now.
