Description of Work: JW Property Management was our Condo Association management company. They have since left that market and no longer provide residential services. Towards the end of our association responsiveness was variable and communications were spotty. Based on their actions over the last nine months of our relationship, I would not engage them if they were to decide to re-enter the market.

 + -1 moreI was impressed by the fact that when I called them, they immediately came out to provide further information on their company and services. They do manage many associations in the area and are well known. In one case, a person above our unit's pip broke and flooded that unit, as well as our own. J.W immediately took chargeand handled everything swiftly. They assisted in all of the damage restoration, which they are not responsible for, as the owners are technically responsible for this and I commend J.W for all of the help they provided.
Description of Work: They specialize in associations. My husband and I own a condo that we rent out and they are the property managers for that association.
