He's busy and hard to reach sometimes. But he's very, very good. He impressed us immediately with his expertise. We were also impressed that some of the things we'd asked him to do he said were easy enough for us to do ourselves, and he showed us how, so that we wouldn't have to pay him as much. His prices were fair and reasonable. We will surely use him again.

Kevin was recommended to me by another contractor who was bidding on a different project. He took a while to get around to coming over and making a bid because of heavy spring A/C workload, but once he could do so he provided excellent detail of the specific work involved and gave a very reasonable bid. On the scheduled day he and a helper came in and performed the work flawlessly and efficiently. He demonstrated to me how to control and troubleshoot the new heater should it be needed and provided a user's manual and warranty paperwork. Cleanup was good with the connections to the old electric water heater properly terminated and the old heater hauled away immediately.
