At that time, they were good. They were prompt and did the job. They were friendly and courteous. He's a pretty nice guy. I'm a realtor, I had a client that used them for redoing all the plumbing in the basement and they did a really good job for a really good price.

The plumber arrived 15 minutes late, when he enter my grandmothers home my uncle took him to the kitchen and told him where the problem area was. Which was under the sink(there was a clog in the pipe). The plumber simply looked under the sink and said the problem was in the basement, he then went down into the basement came up within one minute and told us that she needed some new pipes in the basement and that he was going to have to go underneath the basement floor to get to the piper that needed replacing. My Uncle then asked why it needed replacing seeing as all the pipes had been replaced within the last 5 years, the plumber went on to ask how old the house was and we told him it was built in 1927 at that point the plumber argued saying that the pipes in the basement were the original pipes the house was built with. Once again he was told all of the pipes were changed within the past five years at that point he told us that he was a professional plumber with 12 years experience and that he knew what he was doing and then proceeded to inform us that the repair was going to be around $891.00. We told him that my grandma was on a fixed income and couldnt afford the price so he called his boss to see if my grandma could be approved for finianing. He waited on my grandmas couch for 45 minutes through out that time we were questioning how a simple clog could possibly cost that much we told him the issue couldnt be that big due to the fact that all other drains in the house along with the dish washer were draining just fine. The man then goes back into the kitchen for a minute comes back out and states that he could use a electric snake he had to unclog it however there would be no warranty. Thats great news so we thought then he told us the total for that which was $376.00. Very high price to pay the man seeing as he was 15 minutes late then wasted time trying to rip my grandmother off by $891.00 in repairs that werent neccessary. My grandma paid $376.00 for a 2 minute fix.
