Response was great-starting from the first call to coordinating the actual work that needed to be done. Their 'tile guy' was extremely professional and did a great job of explaining why certain materials were chosen over others. A nice guy who did great work.

The work that Dickow did was outstanding. It has not disappointed me and still looks great. Regular cleaning to keep it looking good. No loose tiles, The seems where the counter top was joined still look like new.

I was underwhelmed. The gentleman who came to my home was very knowledgeable and experienced. However, he was not able to respond to my request for a bathroom floor and/or wall tile that was a bit different. I wanted subway tile, but in a larger or longer size that I'd occasionally seen in photos. While the products at the shop was better than the big box stores in terms of quality and selection, it seems that the service and design ethic is the same. "Here's what we have. Pick." In 2 out of 3 trips to the store, I was largely ignored by the staff. Maybe I'm asking too much for a salesperson to look something up, or believe I know what I want. In the end, I found the wall tile on my own and purchased through build.com, who did not carry the tile I wanted but sourced it so that they could provide it to me, and did, at the same price I saw online through another provider. They apologized for not being able to beat the price, and acted on that apology with free shipping...yes, free shipping for tile! I found the floor tile (Italian porcelain) at another local bath and kitchen shop.

They were very accommodating to our schedules and cleaned up every day. Overall quality was very good but prices are on the higher side. You get what you pay for.

Our entire experience with them could not have gone better. Julie was a pleasure to deal with in the showroom, Jeff was prompt in coming out to measure and managed the entire process well. Howard was a true craftsman with the flooring and Brian was an artist with the tile installation. They all contributed to getting our complete kitchen, family room, and powder room remodeling done in five weeks. They exceeded our expectations in every way. We were not aware Dickow & Cyzak aso carries cabinets. Had we known, we would have considered ordering from them.

Everything went great. They did a great job with very little mess during demolition. Looked excellent when finished. Would definitely recommend them.

Very knowedgeable. Made suggestions that were practical and enhanced the final project. Staff was professional and extremely competent. Project manager was in contact daily answering questions and updating us on progress. Estimate was firm, no extra charges. Resulting project was a complete success

Just finished a kitchen remodeling project with Dickow & Cyzak Tile Carpet One of Kenosha, Wisconsin as the contractor. Totally pleased with the final outcome in all aspects of the project. Working with Jeff Dickow and his crew was a pleasure. From our very first meeting with Jeff to plan the project, select the various components up to making the final selections and measurements, Jeff was the true professional. He made some excellent suggestions to our original idea that enhanced the outcome. Only one glitch, that being the very special sink that we wanted was back-ordered by the manufacturer, something that was beyond Jeff's or our control. The new quartz counter tops, island, and cabinet modification, along with installation of the new sink, faucet, sprayer, soap dispenser, garbage disposal and plumbing modifications went smoothly. All staff members were courteous and friendly but also attentive to getting the job done to our total satisfaction. They all took special care to clean up after themselves and took all precautions to avoid making any mess associated with doing a remodel in the middle of winter with snow and ice on the ground. We do not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone interested in similar projects.

Seemed knowledgeable concerning the best way to resolve our problem, prompt and timely once we agreed to do the job. Worker was professional with good attitude.

The bathroom was completed on time and on budget. The project manager showed up daily. The designer reworked the movement of existing cabinets to create a makeup area. We have worked with Dickow-Cyzak with the updating of 2 other bathrooms, the updating of our kitchen, the installation of carpeting in 2 bedrooms and the installation of bamboo floors in the great room and dining room.

Bathroom - when tub was painted, vendor got paint on the new flooring, so flooring had to be replaced. When the flooring was replaced, several scratches were put in the freshly painted bathtub. In less than a year, a water leak developed behind the tub faucet, which caused damage to a part of the kitchen soffet below the tub area. We had to call a plumber to repair the leak, which turned out to be a poor solder connection to one of the water supply lines that the D-C plumber worked on. We went to D-C and spoke with Chet. about this. He told us D-C would reimburse us for the plumbing repair, but never did. After seven years, the repainted bathtub was wearing down to the original color in places on the bottom of the tub. We recently had the bathtub replaced and the the tub area retiled by another vendor. oI will say that we used D-C twice previously, once in the late 70's to remodel a bathroom and once in the early 80's again to remodel a bathrrom and we were very satisfied with their work, which is why we chose them to do the work in 2004.

It was wonderful.

The lady helping pick out tile was very good and help us choose a nice color palete. The installer did a great job and finished the work in one day. We were very pleased with the result. We also like how Dickow will let you take out their equipment if you are doing a tile job on your own if you buy the tile from them. We have done this a couple of times.

OUTSTANDING, EXCELLENT!

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
