+ -1 moreDennis was fantastic. He scrutinised everything in the house from the roof down to the foundation. On the first home I found, his inspection uncovered serious defects and kept me from making a very costly mistake. Because of what he found, I passed on the first house.

+ -1 moreAbout two months after I moved in, I found out the entire roof had to be torn off and redone. There had been major recalls on my shingles. The inspector would've noticed the extremely warped shingles if he had looked. I'm not sure what really happened but I was completely sidelined about that thinking I had more time on my first house. I would not use this guy again. I have now emailed him twice about the result of the roof situation and I've never received a response.
Description of Work: He was to come out and do an inspection on my now current house. He was recommended from a guy I go to church with. He did his inspection and it looked like he was doing a thorough job. I was told that I still had another 3-5 years left on the roof.
