Dan came to our house on time for an estimate garage roof replacement. He looked it all over and told us exactly what it would need. He wrote us an estimate for a very fair price. We told him we would get back to him, as we needed to get another estimate. He was fine with that; very courteous and friendly. A few days later we decided to go with him, as we felt he had the best price and really wanted the business. We set up a day and time for the work. The roofers were there promptly; did the work in one day. However, Dan said they would have to come back the next day to remove the debris, finish cleaning up and collect the payment. That was okay with us. They returned the next day as promised, cleaned up everything nice and neat

Dan met me at the house and had already taken a good look at the roof. He gave me the best price by hundreds of dollars and thousands less than some of the companies that quote the job. They did the job quickly and cleaned as they went. They did some extra repairs without adding to the price even though Dan would have been well within his rights to do a change order. Dan supervises the crew directly and it shows. Would highly recommend Dan's Roofing because he does what he says he will do for a good price.

They put tarps down to catch all the debris before they started the tearoff did very good job cleaning up did not find nails in yard as with other roofers very well satisfied Thanks ANGIES LIST GREAT ROOFER HIGHLY RECOMENDED

I requested a quote to have my roof re-done and it when Dan came out I received the quote the same day. Also, he did not request any money up front just when work was completed. He started the job just when he said he would and was on time. Stayed even after it got dark and was back the next day to finish. I was very impressed on how well the job went and clean up was really good. Also, there was no extra costs when finished and what I was quoted was what I paid. I would definitely recommend Dan's Roofing for anyone looking to have any work on their roof.

Very good. I would highly recommend them. The price was very reasonable, lower than 2 other estimates I got. This was my first time using them but I would use them again in the future.

From the first phone conversation, Dan is professional and helpful. He provided a complete and accurate estimate-priced lower than other companies. He did an excellent job and came right out to give us an estimate. He was lower priced than the other competitors. He explained everything that he would do insofar as the new ice barriers and other stuff. We were very pleased with Dan's Roofing. He actually gave us some addresses of some roofs he's done. It's not a big company in the area, but he had a few people with him. He found some rotten boards in the roof frame and replaced them free of charge.

Because of a terrible experience with a different company, we were so impressed with their promptness and correct identification of the problem with our roof. They also agreed to not bill us until after it rained, to be sure that it didn't leak again. In addition, the staff was very friendly and patient with us as we explained the problems. Very nice experience.
