Hi [member name removed], First, I want to start by saying that that I am truly sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our services. Had our team been aware of this, we would have done everything within our power to improve. That said, I feel a strong need to reply as this review came as such a surprise. It came as a surprise because in the 11 months of working with you, you consistently indicated that you were very happy with our service. For example, when you and I exchanged emails this summer, you responded that "things are going really good they're doing a great job thanks again." Another similar exchange followed a month later. I then saw your husband when doing a walk-thru at your home less than two months ago, and he too communicated that he was very happy with the service, and that it makes your lives a lot easier. Your most recently communicated with our office was when you called to cancel service – you stated you were canceling because of the cost. My colleague specifically asked if there was anything that we could have done better or differently, and you gave no feedback. Our team felt we were parting ways with a satisfied customer. As you can imagine, we are disappointed to receive the grades that you provided. We consistently communicate with our customers that we welcome all types of feedback. Had we received no feedback from you or less feedback from you we would have been much less surprised by your review.
