This guy is unscrupulous. Used him in conjunction with a warranty company. Had to pay upfront for 3 modifications at $216 a piece for water, gas and vent. Turns out all he did The following parts were used in the "modification": 3" PVC $8.99, 2-3" elbows @ $2.99 each, 2 shut offs @ $14.99 each. (all prices at Menards). Didn't have all materials with him; left for 40 minutes to get more materials. Chris Andreoli had an attitude when asked for itemized bill. Said no one was getting one; not even the owner. I as the owner sent an email asking for an itemized bill and didn't hear back from the owner. This guy is a thief. I wouldn't recommend him to a living soul on this earth. No one should do business with this guy. He is unethical.

Chris said there would be no charge before coming over, to just look at the issue. He showed up twice at the wrong time, and was crabby with me about his mistake. Did you even look at or touch the drain, proposed to sell me some very expensive enzymes, and then charged me $57 for the house call. I shouldn't have paid, but did. Very disappointed.
Description of Work: Smell coming from shower drain.

When I spoke to Chris on the phone to make the appointment, he said there would be no house call charge (I specifically asked him). In addition, we set the appointment time for between 11-1 pm, since I had an early morning work meeting (9:30-10:30 am), and didn't want him to show up during that time. He showed up at 10 am ringing my door bell, which I couldn't answer. When I did answer his later phone call, he didn't apologize for his mistake, and gruffly offered to come back, but I was caught up in a work issue, and couldn't accommodate him. We set a new appointment for Tuesday, between 11-1 pm. He showed up at 1 pm, stayed 10 minutes, tried to sell me some very expensive enzyme cleaner for the pipes, and charged me $55 for the call. I didn't purchase the cleaner. I will never call this person again. Definitely not worth it.
Description of Work: I've had a sewer gas smell coming from the drain in my bathroom shower, since I bought the house 2 years ago. Chris was listed on my sales paperwork as the previous owners plumber of choice, so I called him, figuring he'd know the layout of the pipes, and might have a good idea what was going on.

He charged an $83 fee for the estimate which would be deducted from the cost of the work if he was chosen to perform the task. He sent the invoice of the cost through email. We did not have him do the work for $1069.00. We had another licensed plumber perform the same work in two hours and charged us $284.00 completed.I felt his charge was way out of line and we are out the $83.00. We found his name on craigs list. He was a nice young man but we felt he was way over priced for the amount of work that needed to be done. We made a mistake calling him.
Description of Work: The provider gave an estimate to do the following work: 1. Install a new laundry box in the wall. This includes redoing the water connections as well as the drain connections. Water and drain may need to be reconfigured for the installation of the laundry box. Wall repair not included. The wall was open for him and we did the repair to the drywall. 2. Install a new code compliant frost proof hose bib for the back side of the house.
