He and his assistant did a very good job once the work commenced. Worked with me to keep costs reasonable. Only criticism is that would have like to have had a quicker and written estimate of work. The latter didn't happen until the work was about to be done although I got an earlier verbal estimate after a couple of calls. On the upside, because the owner is doing the work, you are more assured of getting the work done correctly. My experience with other reputable companies in other trades is that the hired help sometimes makes shortcuts when they can.

Jack was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He made quick work of the repairs and did so with out having to purchase any new parts. No up selling of services, just did what was asked very efficiently. I would use him again without hesitation.

Sine we didn't know the manufacturer and the door is old, Jack rigged a new track that works perfectly!

Jack scheduled an appointment very quickly after receiving my request. He arrived on time and was friendly, professional and very quick to accomplish the work needed. He trimmed the door with a power-saw outside and cleaned up nicely. He was careful to ensure the right amount was cut off and that it was a perfect fit. Jack took extra time to fix a defective wall switch even though it was not a scheduled task. I appreciated his concern for safety and correcting a potentially hazardous problem. I will definitely hire him again for any future work that I need done inside or outside my home. He knows what he's doing and is a thoughtful and considerate person. HIRE HIM -- you won't be disappointed!

It went very, Jack Curtis was initially coming out to give an estimate, and completed all of the work on the same day. He had many parts with him already, and only charged for the parts he purchased. I have recommended him to my co-workers
