BRENT'S SPECTRUM PEST CONTROL

I had a mouse problem in my basement. Brett came out set traps,live and bait. He set them inside and outside. Once he found their entry point he sealed the spot. Even set traps in the garage where they were also. In total he made 3 trips to my house making sure the problem was being solved. He was very knowledgeable about his profession.

Brent is very prompt and professional. He explains the process and willingly answers any questions. This is the third time we have used his services and have always been very happy with the results.

Brent showed up on time and sent me email schedule confirmations a couple days before his visits. He did a thorough inspection of my basement where we have seen spiders on a very regular basis and occasionally centipedes. He sprayed a barrier treatment around my house and spot treated some potential problem areas inside the house. He will come and do the same in the fall. Since he sprayed I have seen zero spiders or centipedes. I have seen some dead ones outside the house so it is obvious this treatment worked. We have a beautiful back yard that we often can't use because of mosquitoes. Brent put down a treatment a week before memorial day week-end. He then did a follow up treatment a couple weeks later. I am a mosquito magnet and I have been bitten ZERO times in my yard this summer. It is such a joy to be able to enjoy my outdoor space. He will come again in a few weeks if he feels the weather makes it good for mosquito growth. He watches the weather and times things very carefully to get the most effectiveness from each treatment. He won't come out just to get paid. If you pre-pay for a treatment and he does not feel you need it, he will roll over the treatment to the next year. He also came out and inspected my attic area above my garage where there was evidence of mouse presence. He said it looked as though the mice were long gone but he laid some strategically placed traps anyway. He was again correct, because the traps have caught nothing. I wanted to also note that the cost I listed above was for 6 visits and 5 treatments. I pre-paid for 3 mosquito treatments and 2 perimeter treatments. I think that cost is very reasonable for 6 visits, inspection, 5 treatment and considering the results we have gotten. Brent is a really friendly, professional guy and was also very clear about the toxicity of his products. He uses pet friendly products which was a big concern of mine. If I need bugs gone, I will call Spectrum.

EXCELLENT! I contacted them originally in fear of a bed bug breach! Scared to death I was!. They were above and beyond caring compassionate prompt professional and did not charge me for the bed bug examination because he could tell very soon after starting the inspection that I had nothing to worry about. He could have taken my money just playing on my fears alone! But instead he eased my fears visually showed me why he didn't need to turn my house upside down! I highly recommend Brent's Critter Getters for any and all services they offer!

Unsure of approximate date was the week before Xmas. Brent used "environrmentally"|safe method & was to return the Monday after New year his method didn't work as the parasites (fleas,bugs that I've NEVER seen before-referring to fleas) the end result was (still is) tapeworms.The situation in our home actually appear worse Our Bassets remain sick & are still on treatment(3rd time) we almost lost 1 of them I've lost 15lbs & have open sores which contain tapeworms the bugs/parasites that prelude worms are EVERYWHERE in our frig,freezer,stove,furniture. I've thrown out at least $700.00 in foodstuff as they infect all other foodstuff in 24hrs max. Our furniture & clothing have areas which have rotted due to the bugs the wooden furniture (MANY antiques) have spots where they have "nested" leaving holes & imprints of the worms They are ruined. Our clothing is falling apart & if one cuts the spots there are black"V" shaped parasites. When Brent was here to evaluate I showed him several areas affected including my bed & mattress the parasites were obvious but Brent stated that they were "dirt" & informed me that I was having hallucinations & needed to see my Doctor. He said this several times & in opinion was totally out of line as I do NOT hallucinate,& to the best of my knowledge is not qualified to make any diagnosis. He also said to use bedbug spray on my mattress.(what happened to environmentally safe?)my bed is ruined. It cost $3000.00 & was 2 yrs old. I am VERY concerned that our home is literally falling apart. The walls where the bugs have been are slowly crumbling leaving holes & impressions of tapeworms. Brent spent about 20 minutes spraying & left. No follow up & we haven't heard from him since the day he sprayed. I WAS impressed w/environmentally safe as we are both doing our part NOT to further damage the earth. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy. We spend our days getting rid of the bugs & trying to decide what other exterminator to hire. We will have to contact our house insurance representative as our appliances are ruined. All less than 1yr old. My recommendation re Spectrum & Brent-DO NOT HIRE! This has been & still is a nightmare. |Thank you for allowing me to express this experience. |Pam Mattioda

Pretty quick service, found multiple nests on the initial visit (one didn't even know about in a light pole). Initial visit was $125 and additional $25 to come back for more nests found. Would recommend and use again.

Brent is AWESOME. We had a mouse problem in our garage, basement, and first floor of the house. Given the scope we called in a professional and Brent helped us identify the points of entry, routes, type of mice, and where and why traps would be most effective. He is incredibly knowledgeable and super friendly. He was on time and prepared with all the tools he needed for the job. He set up everything with us on the first appointment and checked in twice after that. We have not had one instance of a mouse since his services and I'm thrilled. I would recommend him again in a heartbeat.

I like the fact that his voice mail advises yje customer to email him, since he couldn't take a phone call while he was driving or with another customer. Email takes so much less time away from my day rather than hours on the phone. It took a day or two for him to get back to me but he always did and arrived right on time when the appointment was set. He set a follow up appointment for two weeks and scheduled a reminder to contact me next spring for an annual treatment. I can't comment on the price because I didn't get any estimates from other exterminators, but his service was worth the money to me. I would highly recomment Brent.

Brent is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about what he does and used very environmentally conscious products. He is very personable and explained everything well and offered options. I told a friend of mine that we had an exterminator come out and she asked who. When I told her said we love him and have used him several times for our properties.

Brent is wonderful! He really knows pest control and has made our yard kid friendly again. My kids are no longer afraid of being stung when they play outside!

He was a 10 on a scale of 1-10. We use to have tons of lady beetles all over the house and since he came we have had no further issues. He uses alot of organic sprays which is great because it won't affect our children or animals.
