Aqua Pro

I first contacted Aqua Pro this spring. He came to re-seed some bare areas of lawn approx. 4-1/2 weeks ago. Not even half of that seed came up. I called him a second time and he came yesterday (6/8/13). He re-seeded part of what did not come up and just left the rest. There are areas that he did not plant any seed at all. I re-planted some seed in my front yard about 3 weeks ago and that is coming up good. I also had asked him about a week ago when he was going to spread the weed control - he said it was too early for that. I went on my north side of house and pulled all kinds of weeds out. I have a bad back (arthritis) and I am 76 years old. I cannot do this work any more. I took care of my lawn up until 2 yrs. ago.

Needed lots of weeding and cleanup in flower beds and bushes. Also needed to redefine edges of planted areas and lots of new mulch.Guillermo Rodriguez is the General Foreman (and I think the owner).of Aqua Pro. I called him and he wasat my house the same day to look over the job. He took a lot of measurements and told me I would have the quote by the next day, which I did. He gives a hand written quote (low tech) but it was detailed and professional.Also, several things he said were important to me, such as: He did not require a 'down payment'. I was not to pay him until the work was done and I was satisfied. He would be on the jobsite at all times. We agreed on the price and he and his crew were there the next day to start the work. This was probably two of the hottest days of the month (in the low 90's) and the crew worked all day, only taking a short lunch break and a few water breaks. Otherwise, they were always working. Guillermo was at the worksite at all times and he was always always available if I had any questions They did a wonderful job. Their work was meticulous. They were done in a few days. They even separated some of my larger plants and moved them into empty spaces in the landscaping. I was very happy with their work, and will hire them again in the fall to do 'fall cleanup'.
