Aluminum Fence Corp

We left a message on a Saturday and Rita (the company owner) came out to do an estimate on the following Monday. At the scheduled meeting time, she called to say she would be a little late (turned out to be only 5-10 minutes). She quickly measured our yard for fencing (while her cell phone rang three times, and she let it ring each time until it went to voicemail). She explained some particulars to my husband and I, and attempted to answer our questions, but she spoke so fast, and used such technical (industry) jargon that we really weren't sure what she was talking about. My husband had to leave for work, so after she was done measuring, she and I walked to the back of her SUV, where she handed me some product pamplets, and brought out a couple of samples. We stood in the hot sun and she gave me more technical industry jargon, and told me we would be getting a quote in the mail and via email. I told her that we needed to make a decision by Sunday, and she told me we would have an estimate in a "day or two". It is now Sunday, and we have had no contact from Rita. All in all, we felt like she spoke too technically, didn't talk in a language we could understand (and we are both educated professionals), and gave the impression that this was just another appointment in her busy day. We decided immediately after she left that we would not do business with her company, no matter what the estimate said.
