I am so happy with the entire Affordable team. Our process started by meeting Dave the owner. He personally came out and measured the space then sat at our kitchen table to learn more about us and how we planned to use the space. He then turned around the quote same day. Even after sending the quote Dave continued to work through options - he returns calls quickly and followed through on every promise he made. The actual â build-crewâ could not have been any better. They worked through heat, humidity and extreme storms on a Tuesday only to be greeted by snow, ice and below freezing temps on Wednesday. Led by Eric, the entire crew was engaged and laser focused on quality of work. They treated our home/yard, pets and people with tremendous respect and courtesy. This crew met our budget, our schedule and exceeded our expectations.

The crew showed up on time every day . Cleaned up every night. They were polite and professional. Addressed any concerns I had. Although it took a little longer than expected,Iâ m very pleased with my screen in patio and would recommend them in a heartbeat

Our new screen enclosure is a haven! We are out there every day, with 3 cats, music, twinkly lights and nature all around (bundled in layers with temps now dipping into the 30s). Affordable Screen and Patio Enclosures made our wish come true, something we thought was out of reach. After meeting with several contractorsâ so many design options, techo-features, price tiers to choose fromâ we sat down out on our deck with Dave Maloney and knew Affordable was our choice. It wasnâ t because of price, folksy sales-speak, flashy literature, big promises. It was because our gut told us: integrity, commitment to quality. That was our introduction. With each subsequent interaction, whether it was Affordableâ s Jen on the phone answering our questions, in-person with Dave at the Kenosha showroom, emails and banter with installation crew led by Eric and Dan on-site, every exchange reinforced that these people know their stuff. Any job is going to have its peculiarities and ours was no exception. When a hiccup arose with code, Affordable quickly resolved the matter. When a surprise arose with the deck foundation, a creative solution was deployed and work continued uninterrupted. There may have been other wrinkles along the way, things homeowners are blind to, but this team is proactive and delivered to us a living space that feeds our soul after a long day at work. The crew was professional, friendly, respectful of our propertyâ and our neighborâ s. Affordable shows up exactly when they say they will. Very professional, really worked with me to find an affordable option for my needs. The work is top quality. Responded to every question and concern. I would recommend them and will hire again. My project is not complete, because it is being done in two parts, but I am very impressed.

They built a 3 season room onto my existing composite deck, and it turned out better than I even expected. I have gotten several nice compliments from the neighbors.

I love love love my new patio cover and enclosure!!! I recently moved to Wisconsin from Florida, and brought all my FL patio furniture with me. The house I bought In Wisconsin had a huge backyard patio concrete slab, but that was it. No protection from weather & bugs, no privacy, no coziness, no nothing. I spoke with Dave, the Owner and he came to my house for a free consultation. He was awesome!!! Listened to my needs and wish list (which trust me, was long & a bit muddled since I wasn't really sure what could be done to accomplish all the things I wanted . . . and stay within my budget). Dave was super nice, professional and extremely knowledgeable and offered up several suggestions/ideas to achieve what I wanted. And the rest was history. :) I now have a beautiful patio cover which protects me & my furniture from the sun & rain (and from the snow when it comes). E-Z Breeze windows keep out the bugs & allow the breeze to flow thru when it's hot out, but close up to keep it snug when it's cool out. And, last but certainly not least, Dave used a special Sunscreen in the EZ Breeze windows that face my neighbor's house which gives me the privacy I was wanting.
