They are the best of the best! There standards are impeccable and they get the job done. No matter what the issues are, be it small or large, their customers are always #1. It is all "service and quality". If you are a business or just a home user, I would HIGHLY recommend ACS and their staff to take care of all your needs when it comes to keeping your computer system running smoothly and trouble free.

Description of Work: Cleared all files/programs off of computer that I am donating to local church. They wiped all data and did a Factory reset. Reinstalled Windows 7 and installed latest windows updates. Updated drivers and Tested PC for operability.

I have found them to be friendly, courteous, and very helpful. I also purchased through them a solid-state disk drive which has greatly increase the performance of my computer. When I require their assistance, with my permission they can log into my computer and perform the maintenance or assistance I require.

 + -1 moreContacted the company and informed them of the problem. They had someone come out and pickup the computer the same day. They worked on it for a few days and then returned it back to us. The computer worked great and has been working great since. All the people were very nice and friendly.
Description of Work: My computer was not functioning properly and kept freezing up. Absolute Computer Systems was able to update all of my drivers and fix whatever was causing my computer to freeze up. My computer has not crashed since they worked on my machine.

Being not extremely computer savvy myself, they really ensured that I understood what was being done, and that all my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Description of Work: My computer was running extremely slowly, I called the business because a friend had referred me. The owner of the business was extremely friendly, and helpful, he came and got my computer that day around 10 am, and I had it back by the time I got off of work.
