 + -1 moreWe couldn't get our car out of the garage because of our broken spring and the door not being able to open. They offered to come over immediately once we called them. There was no fuss, it was easy for them to get the door open and our cars out. Then they worked solidly on the problem and had us fixed and working again pretty quickly. They oiled the door too, so now it sounds as quiet as when it was new.
Description of Work: Needed to replace a broken spring on our garage door. Couldn't open the door either.

 + -1 moreThe technician found out my keypad was working, it just needed reprogrammed. He also reprogrammed the remotes, and did routine maintenance on the door itself. The work took him about 30 to 40 minutes, and that's only because I was asking him so many questions. He left the area nice and clean. They are very honest, and don't push unneeded work.
Description of Work: Our keypad and remotes weren't working so we had them out.

Description of Work: He came when he said he would, showed me what the problem was and replaced the parts that needed replacing. Then he readjusted the door, because I messed up the adjustment when I tried to fix it myself. He didn't charge extra for undoing my mistakes.

 + -1 moreI called on Christmas eve and they were able to get someone out the very next business day (day after Christmas). The woman who answered the call was very nice and knowledgeable. They gave me a 2 hour window, but the repair man did not come until after that time frame. He did get the job done quickly and I was very pleased with the results.
Description of Work: Garage door spring broke. I replaced both at their recommendation that the second one would most likely break soon. They also greased everything up - my garage door has never been this quiet and run this smoothly in the 8.5 years that I have had it! I came home yesterday and even the dogs didn't know it until I walked in the door!
