We are very happy with our new windows Marshall,the slesman, was great to work with. Cory and his install crew were very good. We have three large dogs and they were very good with them.they cleaned up after and explained things very well. Overall they were great to work with. Best price we could find.

They did a great job. Corey and his crew were on time did a great job and left the house spotless and I was not home when they installed the patio door and window. I would highly recommend them. Patrick the salesman was also great. Thank you Ray &Geri Majewski

We purchased a ten-year-old home and wanted to upgrade the windows. We contacted six companies. After about a month of research Windows of Wisconsin came out on top. They were the ONLY company that removes the siding before installing the windows. They install the windows like new construction with a “nail flange”. Having built homes myself years ago, I can tell you they do it the right way. From Matt the sales person to the office and the install team they are top notch. We could not be happier with the entire company. Fairly priced and excellent service.

From estimate to installation everything went right on time. They worked with us around the holidays. The installation crew did a great job and cleaned the house before leaving. We had to move a piano so they could work and they even helped move it back in place! Thom, Mike, Jordan and Dave did a great job! Thanks!

One window did not close properly and the original installers came back to fix the problem, so we thought. We were not happy with the fix and their GREAT fixer, Ryan, came can DID fix the problem! We were so happy with his finding the glitch and fixing it right! We just love our new windows! I would recommend Windows of Wisconsin to anyone needing window replacements. They are easy to deal with, quick to answer your questions or concerns, and stand by the product and workmanship to make sure that your windows give you that WOW!

I dreaded having new windows installed but this great experience made me wonder why I ever hesitated. Marshall did an excellent job explaining and demonstrating the window's features and answering my questions. Mike and Curt did a beautiful job installing the windows and in much less time than I had expected. They left everything so clean you would never have known they were here except for my beautiful new windows! And the emails from Angel to keep me updated on each step of the project just made everything that much easier. I will definitely go back to them when I need other windows replaced. Great company! Great people!

Very good. There was a little bit an issue and they sent somebody back to remedy. They seem to be working well. They followed up and they did a nice job. They knew that it will take a while and they finished it in 3 days.

The whole experience was very good. I got estimates from several firms and hired WOW because they are locally owned and didn't give me a hard sell sales pitch. They were great to work with from the salesman to the installers. They arrived on time, were very polite, did a great job and didn't harm one flower in the gardens around the house. I will definitely have them back to do the rest of the windows!

For a local company that has been in business in the local area for over twenty years you would expect a certain well-established level of professionalism, competence, and trustworthy performance, and I have no reason to expound on any of that, because you will get what you expect from Windows of Wisconsin. So, I want to mention two areas in which my expectations were exceeded: 1 ) the outstanding quality of the Marvin Windows product; and 2 ) every employee's attention to accomodating the customer's wishes and needs. Two examples of the first : 1 ) my pleasant surprise to find the resulting glass space larger than original, and 2 ) my also pleasant surprise to have the wind blow and hardly be able to hear it any more. Two examples of the second : 1 ) my first visit to their 'showroom' ended up at an old location, and me having no map to find the new. An employee I found there said, "follow me, I'm on my way there right now", and 2 ) when the first trim sample turned out too light, their 'trim guy' came to my home with half a dozen custom matches to test against the only background that really mattered - the interior of my own home.

Pros: Excellent customer service. The sales rep told me they would stand behind the product and installation and they certainly did. See below: Cons: None Explanation: We had problems with the windows: We ordered Unlimited Windows. One of them came with and obvious manufacturing defect and another was missing part of the open/close mechanism. On a third one part of the mechanism pulled away from the window. A new window was ordered immediately as well as the parts needed to fix the others. Installation: Here's where I thought we might have some problems but Carl was awesome. For some reason unknown to me or Carl the installers caulked the inside of the window where the return meets the frame of the window. When Andy called to schedule installation of the defective window I told him that I was not please with the caulking. He asked me to send pictures which I did. Within an hour I got as call from Carl's assistant asking to schedule an appointment as soon as possible. He came and seemed somewhat disgusted that the installers did what they did. He even said, "I would not accept this in my house". He told me that everything would be resolved to my satisfaction and it certainly was. The covered/removed the caulk and installed thin would pieces to replace the caulk, called "scribe", I think. The windows look better than I even imagined. I originally went with Windows of Wisconsin based on strong recommendations from two unrelated friends. I cannot echo their recommendation strong enough. I have the utmost respect for Carl and how he runs his business based on my experience with him.

From start to finish ALL went very well

The guys from Windows of Wisconsin were very prompt. They said they would be here at 7 and they were here. They were done installing the windows by 3:30 in the afternoon and they have cleaned up everything. You wouldn't have known that the windows had been replaced without actually seeing the windows themselves because they were very good at picking up after themselves. I was very satisfied with them. Their price was very reasonable. They were very professional.

It didn't.

Overall they met our expectations.

The doors were so beautiful and they did a fabulous job. They gave us one wrong door that had a different finish so they came and put the right one in. They also put in new windows in past years and any issues that come up with the windows are taken care of by them at no charge. The products are beautiful and they stand behind them 100 percent. They have been very responsive and have taken care of any door problems at no charge.

Overall, we were happy with Windows of Wisconsin. Although we've only had the window/doors in for a week, the quality of the windows/doors and workmanship seems to be quite good. I had a few minor quibbles with the install: 1.They used caulk rather than wood putty to fill nail holes in the indoor trim (caulk shrinks, revealing a dimple at each nail site); 2. The screen door for the sliding French door does not close all the way, due to poor manufacturer design, I believe; 3. They did not paint the top of the entry door, which can be seen from the second floor of our vaulted entryway when open. Again, minor items in what was, overall, a very good experience.

They have been really good. One of the patio doors was hitting the doorframe funny but they took care of it within a few days. They were pretty much here and gone and it was amazing. It was a manufacturing problem so they just came in, replaced the door, and left. This was during the winter so we were worried about the cold, but we only had to turn off our heat for two hours at the most. I was bracing myself for the worst but it was no problem. A few months later we opened a window because it was getting warm and there was a problem with the latch but they sent someone out no problem. Also, before they did the work they took pictures and used a computer program to show me what different styles of window would look like.

Just a quick note to say that Windows of Wisconsin on Velp Ave. in Green Bay installed a large living room window for me a couple of weeks ago and done an outstanding job. After they priced the window and I agreed we then set a time for installation. On the day installation they were there on time, laid rugs out so my carpet wouldn't get messed up and they also put plastic on the inside of the window they were taking out so there was very little mess which they cleaned up before they left. The window looks great. I am very happy with their work and Windows of Wisconsin will be the ones I call for any more windows I need changed. Job well done!!
